President and Founder of Sparta Management & Services, LLC.  Since 2013, Cheneil has been managing all types of residential properties; from condos, apartments, to luxury estates.  She's a Jill-of-all-trades and can help you manage anything from leasing to bookkeeping and legal compliance! 

James is a people's person and a retired US Navy administrator.  He's also a good judge of character, which makes him the go-to guy for all your tenant management needs. From applications to tenant inquiries and evictions, James' calm, can-do-attitude will handle all the work for you!

Leigha is our senior-level bookkeeper. She ensures our bookkeeping software is intact and the owners' statements are delivered on time. She is well organized and diverse in the latest real estate technology. She understands that your home is an investment, so she handles each entity with precision and care. 

Meet Micheal! He has been with Sparta Mgnt. & Services since the start. He has a passion for coaching football and keen marketing skills.  He loves accommodating people coming to visit and knows all the hot spots around town! His top priority is making sure your property is left in the condition given or better. He's also our great point of contact for your guests!
