Moving into a new place can be exciting and a little challenging. We at Sparta Management & Services are here to make the application process easier for all parties involved. Ensure you have the following: identification, proof of income, and rental history. Please have all your documents together before you begin your application, and you will be finished in no time.
Here is our list of the most important items needed when applying for your new home.
1. Proof of Identification:
This is a current photo ID that proves you are the person applying for the residence. The following examples will be accepted as proof of identification; passport, state ID, and/ or driver's license. Non-U.S. citizens may require a few extra documents.
· Active Passport
· Drivers License
· State ID
* Non-Citizens- Permanent Resident Card
2. Proof of Income:
To ensure the protection of our Landlords, Stakeholders, and Tenants, we require proof of income. Future Tenant(s) are required to have at least 30% more income than the rated rent. Documents used as proof for income are pay stubs and Pension/ SSA eligibility letters. Entrepreneurship, no problem. An income statement or the current year's tax return will do.
· Pay Stub (2x)
· Tax form 1099
· Client contracts
Once completed, send the application along with a copy of your photo ID (both sides), any other required documents, and processing fee to Sparta Management & Services www.landlord.spartamgnt.com. We look forward to hearing from you soon. We will contact you within 24-48 hours after receipt of the required documents and payment.
