 Most of your miscellaneous repairs would be completed by our in house maintenance team at Sparta Management and Services. We work closely with 3rd party vendors for large scale electrical, roofing, foundation, and HVAC.  

 Maintenance that requires little attention or may be considered a quick repair. Some examples of minor repairs include non-emergent plumbing issues, light fixtures, replacing worn out flooring, or replacing HVAC filters.  

 Maintenance is considered to be critical for habitable living conditions. Some examples of these repairs are any breakdown of any essential services i.e. hot water, cooking, heating, or laundering.
